This was one of the nicest stores and the restrooms were very clean. This is the first McD where the food is brought to the table after the order is placed. Rather nice.

The response COMMENT from MCDONALDS, is a VERY POOR RESPONSE TO the disgruntled CUSTOMER???????????? WHY? When in,--- "any kind of SALES BUSINESS" tell me: 1. What is the 1st RULE in SALES? 2. What is the 2nd RULE in SALES The MCDONALD'S STAFF who answered this "disgruntled customer's" question FAILED,---like scored an "F". Unfortunately with that response,---you have not only lost that CUSTOMER,---but through "word of mouth". Now you also lost "anybody" he shared this experience he had with McDonald's. STOP!! You just broke RULE #1, never "PASS THE BUCK OF BLAME" ONTO THE CUSTOMER!!! And that's exactly what you just did, by suggesting that it's a problem to "patiently" wait on the business for service, & go inside for quicker service. Now you've just indicated that it's the customer who made the wrong choice,---the situation is the customer's fault ?? That is horrible "CUSTOMER SERVICE". STOP thinking about SELF, START thinking about the CUSTOMER!!!!

???? McDonald's FAILED again!!! In December "EGG NOG" is a popular item. Many family's "Christmas Traditions", involves Egg Nog. No matter the inconvenience for McDonald's,---you do it! Why? REFER TO "SALES" #1 RULE!!!! It's a "Seasonal" Item. It's only for 1 month a year! Grin & Bear it!! WHY? Remind yourselve,--- WHO DO YOU "SERVE"? Was that "SELF",---or the "CUSTOMER"?? Here's something to think about. Who makes it possible for you to be paid? Is it all about you, or the CUSTOMER'S SERVICE & SATISFACTION for REPEAT SALES?

To be honest there could be a couple different reasons this situation could happen. Busy time, short staff, there is orders before yours, or maybe they want to give you the freshest food so they have to cook it.
